My family loves to eat, particularly sweets! When I make a new recipe, if they like it, it's called a "keeper". I have always given baked goods to teachers, friends, doctors' offices, the post office, library, and so on. My family always used to say that I should open "Miss Michelle's Baked Goods" and sell them.

I have been making wreaths for my home for a very, very long time. I was in a craft store one day and saw the most beautiful wreaths that I had ever seen! I decided that I was going to find out everything I could about those wreaths and how to make them. I discovered that they were made with something called "deco mesh". I researched it, bought a wonderful ebook, and started creating. As my home start filling up with my creations, I received compliments and got the idea to try to sell them. Being a stay at home Mom and full time caregiver to my disabled son, making wreaths has been a wonderful way to earn a little extra income to contribute to the family budget. You may have noticed that I’ve branched out into other wreath forms and the use of florals. They’re challenging, but very satisfying. I hope that you can find something in my shop that would give you a sense of satisfaction in your own home.

Well, "Miss Michelle's Baked Goods" became "Miss Michelle's Wreaths"!
